Jazz was my dental hygienist. She was through, informative, and explained every procedure before she started. She took her time and was personable. At the end of my appointment, she recommended treatments that I could possibly be interested in and scheduled me for my next visit. I don't know how long she has been in the dental business but she is very knowledgeable. I will definitely be back for my cleaning and ask for her.

before I even got to the office, my appointment was pushed back from 330 to 4 o’clock. I waited for over an hour and I was the only one in the office. when I got to the back the first thing they did was ask for money. The assistant claimed that they couldn’t perform any work unless a payment was put through. I went for a cleaning, but only ended up Getting x-rays. after my x-rays I was told that they had no time, but I was the only one in the building that didn’t work there. not only that But I didn’t even get to talk to a doctor in person. The doctor was on a Microsoft Teams meeting and I spoke to him for maybe 30 seconds. I would not advise going here and would definitely take my money elsewhere. I ended up paying 160 just for some x-rays I didn’t need and for them to tell me that they couldn’t do what I came there to do. if I could rate this place less than one star I would. And on top of all this the place isn’t the cleanest.

I strongly recommend avoiding this practice. My daughter is a college student living approximately 2.5 hours from home and scheduled a dental cleaning at this location due to its proximity to campus and participation with our insurance. Her appointment was scheduled for 3:30 PM and confirmed via text. On the day of the appointment, she received another confirmation changing the time to 2:00 PM, a 1.5-hour difference. After contacting the office, she was told they “do not schedule appointments on the half hour,” which did not adequately explain the discrepancy. Given her availability, she proceeded with the new time. She arrived 20 minutes early to find the office closed until 2:00 PM. After checking in, she noted the facility appeared unclean and outdated. Forty minutes later, she was brought to an exam room, where a hygienist presented a treatment plan that included multiple X-rays and a $74 oral cancer screening fee. She was informed that after signing the paperwork, the X-rays and screening would be completed, followed by a virtual consultation with a dentist. A cleaning would be performed only if time allowed. Because she was not informed of any out-of-pocket costs in advance, nor that no dentist was physically on site, she requested time to contact me before agreeing to treatment. When I contacted the office, I was routed through a call center before reaching staff. I was told insurance would only cover one set of X-rays, but the office required additional X-rays to proceed with a cleaning. The oral cancer screening could be removed. When I asked why the appointment time was changed and why the absence of an on-site dentist was not disclosed, I was placed on hold mid-conversation and transferred. The next individual I spoke with was dismissive and unprofessional, stated she would not speak with me, and blamed the delay on my involvement. I requested written confirmation that there would be no charges and that our insurance would not be billed. At that point, the call was disconnected. I instructed my daughter to leave immediately. She retained a copy of the unsigned proposed estimate. The entire experience was disorganized, misleading, and unprofessional. Save yourself the time and frustration and avoid this office.

I was trying to get appointment ASAP due to ne having a very bad toothache. I tried to book an emergency appointment at Blairstone office, but was unable to. So I called AARP Delta Insurance to see if they could help me. This been my first appointment with very bad toothache. They gave me 3 choices to call and Coast on E Tennessee Street the receptionist after I explained what was going on. She gave me a 4:00 appointment and said if she gets a cancelation she will get back with me. I received a text saying that a 2:30 was available do I want it and I said book me. My pain level was a 9. Thanks for working me in. I have my antibiotics to take. Praying all goes well 😇🙏🏿❤️

First off: I’ve had a few visits here to get some work done and I’ve never seen a dentist on-site. The hygienists run the place and they have a remote dentist that signs off on their recommendations. If you have a complex dental history do NOT come here because a dentist will not review your case carefully. The hygienists do good work but they seem motivated to upcharge and add services that are not completely necessary. The office is fine even though it could use a remodel with the high prices they’re charging.
