I would highly recommend Dr Preziosi to anyone who needs an oral surgeon. Going to this office, from the receptionist to the nurses, to Dr Preziosi herself has been my most pleasant dental experience ever! Everyone provides a professional, calming presence. I had two teeth extracted in the past where I had to be completely sedated at a different office and didn’t have a great experience. I was alert for this extraction but felt relaxed and no pain, just some pressure. The procedure was super quick, and I knew I was in good hands with Dr. Preziosi. I cannot thank her and this office enough for such a positive experience!!
Superior, friendly, professional care. Warmly greeted, politely asked to fill out paperwork. The exceptionally caring & concerned treatment was confidence instilling. Very clear explanation of every aspect of the procedure & post op care. Enormous care to insure my comfort from start to finish.
I could not recommend Dr. Preziosi and her staff more! I was extremely nervous and anxious for my procedure, however everything went very smoothly and it was a great experience. Dr. Preziosi is very talented, I felt no pain or discomfort from the entire procedure. She is very skilled with getting you numb as I felt no discomfort at all. Dr. Preziosi and her assistant were very helpful in keeping me calm. Overall Dr. Preziosi and her assistant were amazing and very professional. Lastly, Pauline was very insightful and helpful with assisting me with my insurance regarding my coverage for my procedure.
Just removed two lower wisdom teeth there.The Lady in the front is AWESOME Great customer service, Great staff, Great experience, High tech, everything worth the price. I highly recommend Coastal Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery. Recovery time is really short.

Dr. Preziosi took the time to explain every step of the procedure, answer all my questions, and make sure I felt completely comfortable.
