It’s a great office! They greet you upon arrival. It’s very organized. Waiting area is very pleasant with music and water if you need. I went for my cleaning with Page. She does a wonderful job. She is very personable. I didn’t see the doctors this time. But, they are awesome, too! My family is very thankful for this wonderful Dentist who came to our town of Sierra Vista.
Dr. Simon was excellent !! He listened to my concerns, and performed the most gentle extraction that I have ever received. Having been traumatized by a previous attempted extraction (the Dentist was too rough), Dr. Simon earned my complete trust. During checkout, the front desk clerk Carmen went over and above to help me when a complication arose. She enlisted the help of Nancy, who was also amazingly helpful. I am beyond grateful to both women for providing stellar customer service.
I had my appt with Cochise Dental this morning for X-rays, cleaning and exam by the Dentist. Everything went great. I had a very thorough cleaning by Paige, who is a delightful person! X-rays are so very quick and easy these days, which is good because I have a nasty gag reflex!. Everyone was very kind and helpful. I have always hated going to the dentist, but now it's not a problem at all. Thanks Cochise Dental!
Today’s appointment was fantastic. Got a call from one of the receptionist’s concerned about my appointment as we were coming thru the doors. That’s fantastic that they are concerned about their patients. The dentist visit was great. All done with my treatments.
Very friendly and helpful. I had gone to a different dentist earlier who quoted 700+ for a cleaning and crown. I was told to go here and did. So grateful I didn't spend all that money. Went to Cochise they not only took my insurance but filled the tooth I was told needed a crown. Cleaned my teeth only had a 25.00mbill! So yes went in today for six month cleaning. Didn't owe anything! Highly recommend they don't try to pawn off high dollar procedures on you. They work with you. You won't regret going to Cochise.cant brag enough about them from the front desk ladies to the dentist and back room employees. Thank you Cochise!
