I have had a Lot of Dental work done in my 65 years of life. Every tooth in My mouth is fully caped, 4 are inplants. Dr. Sarah Bong-Thakur is through and up front about the situation or in my case 2 Extractions and 3 inplants. She was well prepared and very patient with waiting for me to get numb. Then Her and her efficient team of 2-3 ( tecs) excited the procedures. I had quick and trouble free recoverys each of the 4 time's. The complimentry ice pack and antibiotics made it so I didn't need painkillers the next day. Ps don't forget the stool softener to go with the pain killer. Excellent experience. Office personnel were very professional, caring and genuinely interested in my comfort and well being. Two follow up inquiries were made to insure that I was doing well and to review instructions on managing pain and swelling. I strongly recommnd Dr. Bong-Thakur and her staff.
The office staff were very efficient and professional. Dr. Bong-Thrakur was comforting and reassuring in her explanations of what my procedure would entail. My appointment was for a consultation for a molar extraction and bone graft for a future implant. I am not looking forward to the extraction, however I feel I will be in good hands.
Dr. Sarah Bong-Thakur and her entire staff were professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. They did a great job pulling out a very stubborn molar. We even had a few laughs that made the whole job a little easier than it could have been. If I ever need an oral surgeon again I'll be searching for Dr. Sarah again!
The staff was cheerful, skilled and very attentive to my level of comfort. Dr. Bong-Thakur was clearly highly skilled, explained the procedure and what to expect afterwards. She was very friendly as well. Her assistant was also great and made clear recommendations about how to treat the wound site, what to do and not to do etc. The staff also was careful to explain what was going to be done more than once and I thought that this was vigilant on their part. I would highly recommend this doctor and group to others. Thanks for the great care!
