I had such a great experience at this dentist office. The staff was incredibly patient, understanding, and genuinely sweet throughout my visit. They took the time to explain everything clearly, which really helped ease my anxiety. I never felt rushed and felt listened to the entire time. The environment was welcoming and professional. Exceptional care from a woman-owned dental practice that truly puts patients first. It starts when you walk in the door until the moment you leave. Friendly staff, honest communication, and top-quality work. So grateful to have this kind of leadership and professionalism in our community. I was looking for a new dentist since I moved to Colorado Springs and came across this place and love it. They are all so nice and accommodating, making sure your needs are met. Great location downtown with free parking. I highly recommend Avery from complete dentistry to anyone looking for a great new dentist.

I truly could not give Dr. Lane and her staff higher praise. I went in with the hopes of getting another opinion on a problem crown of mine that’d been bothering me for years, one that other dentists had refused to help me with. Dr. Lane and Gabby (I believe is her name? Sorry!) were so so thorough and compassionate as I relayed my troubles. I didn’t figure we’d be able to do anything about my crown same-day, or if they’d even believe how miserable I was with it, but they examined me and removed my crown the same day! The crown that I’d been begging other dentists to remove for four years!! I went into that visit crying out of frustration and pain, but by the end, I was crying tears of joy, tears of finally being heard. If you’re looking for a team that really does care about your comfort and experience, these are your people!! I could not be more grateful for how they’ve helped me!!
