I had my horizontally impacted wisdom teeth removed under general anesthesia here, and the entire experience was truly excellent. Every detail was handled with such care and professionalism. The doctor was incredibly skilled, and the procedure went smoothly. I had my surgery yesterday and I’m already recovering very well today, which really speaks to their expertise. The front desk staff, assistants, and the dentist were all amazing — kind, patient, and highly professional. I felt well taken care of from start to finish. I genuinely and highly recommend this dental office to anyone who needs wisdom teeth removal or any dental treatment.
When I was first told I needed to replace a failing implant I went searching for a practice that had a good reputation and the cost was reasonable. When my friend suggested this office I made a consultation. When I entered the office I was immediately comfortable. It was clean, welcoming and the front staff were very friendly. The equipment there seemed the most up to date. When I met with Dr. Scott he went over the whole percedure, the implant he would be using, and how his procedure was slightly different from other practices but would have a better result with less recovery time. The two previous practices I went to covered the procedure, but Dr. Scott was the only one who spoke about the type of implant he would be using and the benefit of that implant, which made me feel better about the surgery. He answered all my questions and expanded on some of those questions that I didn't think about. No matter what, the cost of an implant is expensive, but for what was covered at the practice(extraction of old implant, the new implant and bone grafting) his cost was very reasonable and something I could budget/afford. I paid the first half at the end of my consultation and the rest remainder the day of surgery. He did tell me the crown will be done at my normal dentist office. My pain level the day of and the day after surgery was no higher than a 3 (10 being very painful). Overall I had a great experience.
Dr.Scott and his staff handled my emergency dental case with care, grace and efficiency. He listened to my concerns, explained options where i could decide on best path forward. His staff is highly trained not only on the clinical side but on true patient care side and I felt confidence with each person I spoke with from front desk, to the professionals who prepped and cared for me during recovery. Dr. Scott is also a very knowledgeable and caring doctor. He managed my concerns and post op recovery went extremely well. I highly recommend this practice. With grateful heart, Vickie.
Absolutely outstanding experience! From start to finish, Dr. Scott and his entire team set the bar for what great care should look like. Scheduling my child's wisdom teeth extraction was a breeze—they found an appointment time that worked perfectly for us and sent thoughtful reminders and follow-ups leading up to the procedure. Check-in was quick and effortless, and the office itself is welcoming and aesthetic—clean, comfortable, and equipped with Wi-Fi, coffee, and a very friendly staff. Every team member we interacted with was warm, attentive, and professional. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients. Dr. Scott himself is exceptional. He took time to explain everything, answered every question with patience, and completely calmed any nerves we had. The procedure went smoothly, pain was minimal, and recovery was exactly as described thanks to the clear, easy-to-follow instructions provided. What impressed me most was the follow-through: when we ran into an unexpected delay at the pharmacy afterward, Dr. Scott’s staff went above and beyond to help make sure we had what we needed quickly. That kind of compassion and commitment is rare. I can’t recommend Dr. Scott and his team highly enough—professional, personable, and truly first-class in every way. If you need oral surgery, this is the place to go!
