I cannot recommend this place enough! I just had my wisdom teeth removed a few days ago. They were so fast and professional. I felt safe and taken care of here. The facility was so much nicer than many others I've been in. The staff loved their jobs and had good conversations with me. My doctor was so kind and knowledgeable. He took out all 4 of my teeth in 17 minutes!! I have had no swelling and very minimal pain so far. I'm very grateful I chose this place and Dr Topance to do my surgery!
My 7 year old needed general anesthesia to have an extra tooth removed. I was so nervous about the whole thing. The staff answered every question I had (and I had a million!) I felt safe having it done there. My daughter complained of pain one time while she was still confused from anesthesia. After that, she had absolutely no pain. She was left with 3 stitches that felt funny to her but ZERO pain. I'm still in awe of how well everything went! It is hard to have a positive dental surgery experience but these guys made it possible for us! It was so quick. She recovered so quickly. She was literally asking to play basketball that evening. 😂 I highly recommend this business for any dental surgery needs but especially for kids!
I can’t say enough wonderful things about Columbia Basin Oral! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with genuine smiles and kindness. The entire staff is so personable — they take the time to get to know you, remember details from previous visits, and make you feel completely comfortable and known. Dr. Black is exceptional — knowledgeable, gentle, and caring. He explained everything clearly and made sure I felt at ease through every step of my appointment . The hygienist was equally amazing — professional yet friendly, and very attentive to my comfort. When you are in their chair, you don’t feel rushed or like “just another patient.” It gives the feeling like you’re their ONLY patient. They make it very clear that they are there for YOU and want to answer any questions you might have at any time of the appointment. At the end of the appointment, they walk you out and make sure you are completely satisfied and informed with your current and future treatment plan. They are also very transparent with billing, you’re not going to get a surprise bill in the mail or be charged twice for a service. They are very organized and communicative that way. The office itself is spotless, modern, and welcoming, but what really sets this place apart is the people. It’s rare to find a dental team that’s not only skilled but also so warm and personable. You can definitely tell everyone on their team genuinely loves working there. It shows through their patient care. I actually look forward to my appointments now! I highly recommend Columbia Basin oral to anyone looking for top-quality dental care and a team that truly cares about their patients.
Dr. Reddinger and his staff with CBOMS are some of the best health care providers I have ever dealt with. Professional, knowledgeable, personable, and genuine. All my questions were answered, treatment plan was clear and concise, and all of my concerns were addressed. Very comfortable experience with IV sedation, use of third party anesthesia provider for larger procedures, and post operative pain managed very well. I highly recommend Dr. Reddinger and his staff.
Everyone is very welcoming, from the front office to the surgeons. My daughter's first surgery was getting her wisdom teeth removed. Dr Matthew K. Black was very thorough with the entire process which made us all feel calmer before the procedure. I recommend this place so so much and so thankful for everyone there!
