I completely recommend this facility! My first experience was not the best because of miscommunication, but we are all human and things happen, but the front desk staff made every effort to make it right and they did. Ever since then, my experiences have been great. I absolutely love my dentist there she is amazing in her work and so precise! My filling today that I got I can't even tell is a filling because it is so smooth! They are gentle and make sure you are comfortable and the front desk girls are ALWAYS so friendly to me when I am there. I enjoy chatting with them too! The dental assistants are awesome because they also keep a constant check asking if you're comfy! Overall if I could give 10 stars I would! Keep up the great work and I will see you guys soon for my next visit!!!!
I had a great experience at Columbia Dental Office. The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The dentist took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood my treatment options. The office was clean and well organized, and I didn’t have to wait long for my appointment. I really appreciated how gentle and attentive the team was during my visit. It’s clear they care about their patients and providing quality dental care. I would definitely recommend Columbia Dental Office to anyone looking for a reliable and welcoming dental practice!
I would first like to say the staff there was AMAZING! There was a little wait, as to be expected as i had to do paper work. While doing so the front desk girl was very helpful. when i got to the back the room was very neat, and had a lovely pic on the screen with some good oldies which i love. The assistant was nice and friendly she made me very comfortable. When the doctor came in i was very surprised by how she took her time and explained my plan and answered all my questions i give the people a rating 10/10!
Unfortunately, this was the worst dental experience I have had. The services are overpriced, and professionalism was lacking. During one visit, I was asked to leave the office due to an insurance payment issue related to a previous crown procedure. Less than a year later, the crown failed, and when I returned seeking a solution, I was informed that additional payment would be required. The overall experience gave the impression that financial matters were prioritized over patient care. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this office.
I love Dr. Patel and all of the staff at Columbia Dental. I have never had an issue with them squeezing me in for appts and they always have a quick smile and a kind word. I will continue to recommend everyone i know to them.
