Terrible experience. My tooth is still a mess i’ve been back 3 times. I was grateful in the beginning because they took me in on a holiday weekend after a horrible fall and a broken tooth. Ripped me off for 7000$ and my tooth still feels awful. The assistant had the worst body oder. The dentist is very abrasive. His technique as well as his attitude. There are no certificates of any kind hanging on the walls. No antiseptic of any kind. I’m very scared about writing this but felt i had to. The dentist is rude and unapologetic. The first implant was so big, complete wrong size i couldn’t even close my mouth. The second one feels like I have gum stuck in my tooth because the filling over the screw fell out 2 months later and the repair was so sloppy. Just awful!
Horrible, a nightmare. The Indian dentist at Rocky Hill did not only not follow the implant procedures that were mutually discussed and agreed to on the day, she performed extreme surgery on my entire lower jaw leaving me in excruciating pain and was forced to administer TEN NOVACANE shots, 5 on either side because she was literally jackhammering my jaw with tge drill. The injections felt like steak knives stabbing my gums. She yelled at me angrily for crying g out in pain. I spent a total of 3 1/2 hours in that torturous high chair. I left that off e hemorraging pools of blood and could not swallow my saliva. I left traumatised! Needless to say I switched from Rocky Hill location to Manchester and was given a weak I’m sorry but no discount for all the wrongful pain and suffering I endured . The manager and director Dr Moo ( cannot spell his name) offered little to make up for the entire lack of professionalism. They are after all, Columbia Dental yet they du not allow their dentists to speak on the phone and take littke responsibility for any damage they cause. Appointments are mismanaged by their staff. My husband and I are so disgusted we are finishing g with the crowns and abutments and other implant work with a more reputable practice in Wedt Hartford that has 100 percent positive reviews for over 40 years and specialises also in implants! My advice - do not visit Columbus Dental any location. They have now 103 bad reviews and seem to be notorious for Frankenstein surgery and actually in sine case’s mutilating some poor souls! That dentist Dr at Rocky Hill should have her dental procedures checked as patients are innocently trusting her. She neither is sympathetic towards the patient who is also a customer and refuses to co operate and honor the original contract of dental service we signed up for!
I’m giving them 1 star because of their crappy commercial with the guy loudly crunching cereal. Update: Oh, good. Now they have a new commercial with the same guy loudly crunching an apple. Wish I could leave another one star review. These people just don’t realize how annoying they are.
Honestly the worst most annoying obnoxious TV commercial in the history of commercials. We mute or change the channel immediately. It’s so bad you decided to add a second person! The only calls you should be getting is that your commercial and ad agency SUCK!
I’d never use this place because of the absolute most annoying commercial ever!!! Chewing loudly into a microphone?! Really!!! Who’s genius idea was it to annoy everyone and make us mute the tv or change the channel. Not to bright!!
