Dr Fields and his entire staff were amazing. I had to get 9 teeth pulled and I got a partial. This was the first time I'd ever been awake for getting teeth pulled. So to say I was freaking out is an understatement. Dr Fields helped me stay calm. He's also really good at giving the shots because I barely felt most of them. I'm also highly impressed with how little pain I'm in not even 24 hours later and I don't think I have any swelling. If I do it's very minimal. I could not have asked for a better experience which means so much as I was terrified to even go to the dentist after so long.
The staff is so friendly and welcoming. I have had the best experience EVERYTIME I come here. The prices are beyond fair, the staff is experienced and the appointment process is fast and easy. Would and have recommended to anyone that needs dental work! I haven't felt this confident in my smile in too long!!! Thanks again Columbus dental!!!
Part of the tooth Dr Fields removed was not removed. It was before Christmas and extremely painful. I called the office multiple times per day for over a week. My calls were never returned. I left a note on the clinic door, but they never called me. It was 9 days of pure hell. At the 10th day it was infected and excruciating. I finally got the clinic to answer the phone and had the portion of remaining tooth out. My dentures have never fit and can not get them to answer the phone or return my calls. At 3 years they have not done what they advertise they will do!!
I had the worst experience EVER. I was told 2 till 3 days on my partial. It was 2 months. I only got it then because I called and requested a refund. After receiving it. It broke in 4 months. Got it repaired. It broke in a different spot, they wanted to charge $180 for repair (mind you it not a year old). The guy told me that he would give me my partial without payment and to NEVER to come back. 🤷🏽♀️ I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!!
The staff at Dr. Fields are so nice and helpful. I have never had a set of dentures fit and be comfortable. Dr. Field’s guaranteed he would help me get a set of dentures that would fit properly. After 21 yrs I know have a set of dentures that I can wear.
