So tomorrow’s my big day ! I was referred to comfort Fit Dentistry by a friend . I received my appointment went in and met everybody. We did x-rays and discussed a plan. They even help me with financing.. I’m looking forward to see what happens tomorrow! I feel comfortable. I think this was a good decision..
Halfway through my experience. Zero stars for the business part. I put 5k down and am on the payment plan. They were running a special, which they wouldn't give me unless they did a completely new billing. Seemed shady. I never did get the discount. My dental insurance paid nothing. For any of this. Dr. Arnow himself is wonderful. The extractions went smoothly and I'm so glad I had them call my medications in prior to the extract date. Which was very helpful. Its a young staff however. The young girl asked me which tooth. I thought she was going to look. I said the one with a hole. She went and got the Dr. Who eventually asked me the questions she never did but she was offended I'massuming. I have a problem with this thin skinned generation. It was nothing to be upset about but she set the mood. Unpleasant. It showed in the aftercare appointments too. They left the room for every question. Overall it was a good experience and I highly recommend if you are on the fence about dentures. My temps fit well and I have no issues with them. At all. We'll update with the final set when i get them. Everything turned out well. Arnows assistant Sarah is very good, personable, cheerful, comforting and assuring. Overall it went ok.
So far so good. The extractions were the hardest but it went well. I was grateful for the antibiotics and pain medication. I tend to get Sarah and I adore her. I've been lucky to have had her a few times. Shes very good and thorough. I read some of the other reviews and I didnt get the discount either. 🤷♀️ So I'm not sure about that part. Dr. Arnow is great. He's calm which keeps you calm. He understands its quite a process. I'm glad I did this. It was worth it for sure. No regrets.
I am so happy with my teeth! They look and fit so nicely, and are easy to eat with. I've gotten so many compliments on how natural they look! Dr. Arnow was so compassionate and helpful, accentuating the fact that ComfortFit is a no-judgement zone. They made me feel like family, treating me with respect and support that I haven't received from other dentists. Every person I came in contact with was so nice, and genuinely happy to be helping people overcome the hurdles that can arise when trying to obtain prosthodontics. Their in-house financing is a blessing that helps bridge the gap between a yes and a no. If you've been considering making an appointment, but are intimidated by the process, have unanswered questions, or are afraid of judgement, I encourage a consultation with Dr. Arnow and his team.
Dr Arnow and Sarah and Marissa are some of the most patient and caring dental professionals I've delt with. I was a scared and very nervous patient and they took the time to listen and not judge me. Thank you and I highly recommend Dr Arnow if you're a nervous nelly like me.
