Powered by GoogleI had wisdom teeth removed. Dr. Kaplan and team did a great job. No complications. No additional visits after surgery. Everything healed up nicely even with my complications of being a diabetic. I took the steps and post surgery healing seriously and I had zero issues. The pain was not even that bad. I would recommend Dr Kaplan and team to anyone.
I've had 2 dental implant procedures with Dr. Cyr. I was pleased with the treatment and most of all experienced hardly any pain after returning home to recover.
Dr. Kaplan and the clinical team are phenomenal. Dr. Kaplan clearly has gifted hands…my wisdom teeth extraction was handled with precision and care, and I felt genuinely well taken care of throughout. Mr. Battle was especially helpful during my initial consultation…engaged, informative, and helped build my confidence going into the procedure. The environment on the day of surgery was calm and clean. We waited about 10 minutes in the lobby, which was very reasonable. That said, the billing and clerical staff’s conversation in the front area felt a bit unprofessional…more personal chatter than anything related to the practice. Unfortunately, the billing process itself reflected some of that lack of professionalism. Though I paid my copay at the time of the procedure, I’ve since received small, incremental balance notices weeks later due to insurance gaps. One notice was marked 60 days delinquent even though it was the first time I was hearing about it. I called to ask for clarity and requested a callback, but instead received an email directing me to create a portal account to view a message…something I didn’t ask for. This clunky, impersonal billing communication is the reason for my 1-star deduction. From a clinical perspective, this place delivers the level of care you should expect from an oral surgery practice. My only suggestion would be to improve the anesthesia experience: I wasn’t told when it was being administered…just felt a cold sensation and was suddenly feeling that falling sensation ..a bit scary with no notice. A quick countdown or warning would have made that moment less jarring. Otherwise, this is a top-tier practice for oral procedures. Highly recommend for the clinical care…just keep an eye on your billing and insurance communications.
I had a wisdom and a molar removed and the experience was great! Dr. Lauren Kaplan was amazing and did a great job. I had virtually no pain the next day. The staff was very helpful and the nurse who took care of me was super nice and thoughtful. Thanks again for the great experience!
Dr. Miller is extraordinary. His consideration of my age and other health issues as well as my concerns and preferences, rather than just my dental needs, resulted in a treatment plan I was able to be completely comfortable with. For the first time in many years, I was able to arrive for a dental procedure without the need for a tranquilizer. I would not hesitate to return to Dr. Miller, nor would I hesitate to recommend him to others.
