Made an appointment to see about getting my daughters wisdom teeth pulled a year ago. Ive left several messages and never seem to get a call back on the price. And no one told me that there was 160.00 conulation fee. And no one tried to collect when we check in or out. A year later my daughter gets a text saying she owes it. Thats not good business!
Dr. Boxx and his staff were AMAZING. From start to finish they were kind, professional, and efficient. I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome either! Excellent instruction pre and post op, minimal swelling, and a couple of days after surgery the site is BEAUTIFUL. Thank you thank you
I have nothing but wonderful things to say about my experience at Commonwealth Oral and Facial Surgery! I had a badly infected failed root canal that my regular dentist attempted to extract. Due to the amount of infection, I wasn’t getting numb. I’ve had LOTS of dental work in my lifetime (7 root canals and multiple extractions) but I have never experienced pain like that during a dental procedure. My dentist finally called it and referred me to Commonwealth to finish the extraction. Dr. Boxx and his assistant were just phenomenal! There was constant communication and complete transparency about cost. Dr. Boxx ended up recommending we move to IV sedation to make it a better experience. He was very honest about how unpleasant the procedure would likely be but he also made sure I knew it was MY decision either way. The sedation went very smoothly and he did a wonderful job with the extraction! His assistant helped my husband walk me to my car afterwards and I also received a call from Dr. Boxx himself later that afternoon to check on me. All in all, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! I will absolutely be coming back for any major procedures I may need in the future!
Can’t say enough nice things about Dr. Vickas Agarwal and the entire staff. I am currently on day 3 after getting all 4 wisdom teeth extracted, and I’ve had very minimal pain and swelling throughout this experience. Dr. Agarwal was incredibly kind, compassionate, and explained everything he was going to do prior to the procedure. Afterwards, I really appreciated he then called me a few hours later to check in on me. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs to get their wisdom teeth out.
Horrible Business operating skills. I had a "Surgical Procedure" that according to my insurance company was coded incorrectly. I called repeatedly, left messages, sent emails, sent texts. My insurance company tried to call them repeatedly. NO REPSONSE. Now they have turned me over to collection company for the cost of the procedure. Good medical care but horrible business to deal with regarding callbacks and responses to messages since they do not answer there phones. AVOID AVOID AVOID
