Had to make an appointment a year out because of the wait. A week before the appointment it was cancelled by the doctor with another appointment a year out. No other resolution. The customer service was horrendous. I asked to speak to someone higher up and got put on hold for over 30 minutes then hung up on. Very sad. Do NOT recommend
The facility is clean and organized, staff are friendly. Their uniforms and personal appearance need a little improvement as far as clothes being cleaned and pressed. Hair should be combed and well groomed.
Was told over the phone to come in at 9-12 for walk in. Came in around 10:30 and then was told that it wouldn’t be until 12 ok no problem. Did my paperwork and the gentleman at the desk told it was going to be at 1 now. I’m a little irritated by this but ok. There was only me and another person that came in shortly after me as a walk in. But they let that guy go in first! And they keep telling that they’re on lunch but keep letting other patients in before me. Very poor communication here. Seriously would not recommend coming here.
I made a dentist appointment in October. I'm here, right now on January 13th at the first appointment they had available for me. My appointment was at 3:30. I got here at 3:15. They brought me back at 3:30 and put a bib on me and I've been sitting here, waiting for the dentist ever since. It is now 4:43.
I’ve never had a problem until today. Dr.Liu was very unprofessional. I was nervous getting my tooth pulled out and instead of him being comforting, he basically skips right to oh I’m not comfortable doing it. Like, you’re a dentist I’m sure you work with kids all the time and part of working with kids is to help them feel comfortable so I’m sure you can show the same compassion to myself( an adult female) He’s rude, I’m not too confident he can even do his job, from the start he seem like he didn’t want to do it. Try to avoid Ms. Liu if possible.
