I cannot recommend Community Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery enough! I came here to have my wisdom teeth removed and was feeling a little nervous about it but Dr. Khader made me feel so comfortable. She is so kind and made the experience so easy. She called to check in on me later in the day and provided her cell number if I had any questions or problems over the weekend which I really appreciated it! Everyone at the office is very nice and helpful. I went in a couple more times for some pain I had the following week and they scheduled me in quickly to take a look and treat it. If you’re needing to have wisdom teeth removed I would definitely come here!
For starters, coolest dentist office I’ve ever been in. It’s not often your dentist is in a converted warehouse, haha. It’s a one doc show and, Dr K and her crew do an amazing job at creating a very comfortable and casual yet knowledgeable environment. I had no worries I was in good hands. Thanks Xiong, Vanessa, and Dr Khader for taking such good care of me. I really enjoyed hanging out with yall before I feel asleep haha :)
Dr. Khader is amazing. She truly listens, takes her time, and makes you feel comfortable, even if you have some dental anxiety like I do. I felt heard and taken seriously. So grateful for her care!
doctor khader is AMAZING!!! I used her as my surgeon to get my wisdom teeth removed and as most, I was super nervous!! she was super kind and knowledgeable, which made me feel more at ease. she allowed me to text her/the office if I had any questions — I texted her a few times during my healing process to ask if I could have certain foods and she got back to me quickly! even with my surgery being close to the holidays, she said she would be around and I could text her if I needed anything — so nice! her team was also welcoming and friendly! I highly recommend her for any oral surgeries you may need!
Let me start by saying that the actual service from the provider is AWESOME! No complaints there. However their billing is a mess! A pre payment was made for services in July and the procedure was done in September. As of today, we are still waiting for refund. The medical ins processed the claim then it took forever to bill the dental ins and when it was billed it was billed incorrectly. I've had to call so many times the provider and the dental ins to get this resolve. Their billing needs better training. EDIT. I would like to update this review because after my initial review, Dr. Khader personally reached out to me and connected me with the third party biller which sped this up and today the refund was finally received. Knowing what was happening and why it was taking so long made all the difference.
