Compass Dental provided the best dental experience ever. I had a filling that fell out of one of my molars and feared that the tooth was going to need to be pulled. Dr Sigmon and his assistant were able to remove the decaying cavity and fill the tooth in under an hour. The result was astounding and my experience was a pleasure. If you are looking for a clean, professional, and comfortable dental atmosphere, than look ok no further.
Went in to get treated for an infection. Was able to get all 4 bad teeth pulled in the same visit. Was in and out in under an hour. Dr. Simon is great! Can't wait for my next visit.

Our Dentist had retired so we were looking for a good dentist. Compass Dental and Dr Ryan Sigmon came highly recommended by a friend in the dental industry. My wife and I have been patients of Compass Dental ever since. Their professional care and kind compassion has helped us take care of our aging teeth. This week, Josie and Breanna did our cleanings. They both had listening ears, was very thorough, and best of all, pain free.
I am a very highly anxious person. I would recommend Dr. Sigmon and his staff to anyone. Everyone one is so friendly and compassionate. I got in on the same day I called with a severe toothache. I can't explain the experience that I really had. They talk to you and get to know you as a person before doing any procedure. I was cold and was given a very thick warm fuzzy blanket to cover me. All I can say is Dr. Sigmon and staff are amazing.
