I had a consultation today and was running behind due to typical New England weather. They took me right in, we're very kind and understanding and are working with my Ortho to schedule my extraction to work timing wise for my Invisalign. It was the best dental experience I've had ; especially going into nervous and with my MIL there to help me go through it. Very excited to work with them in the future.
Overall a good experience. I had my top two wisdom teeth removed and the doctor was very informative and helpful in my decision making. The dental staff were nice, my follow up was simple to schedule, they were helpful when I called in about an issue, and just overall it was good. The problem I had with this place was the young woman at the front desk. She is just real rude and unfriendly. The day of my surgery, she was rude. I called up to follow up on a bill and she was still just not good to interact with. No thank you or just like basic niceties. I know that not everyone is outwardly kind, but she just made me feel bad for being there at all. I would have been fine with neutrality, but she’s rude. Again, I would recommend the surgeon and surgical team. That one woman just made it not as good of an experience.
Staff was rude and unfriendly, felt like all they wanted was to get me out of there as fast as possible. Treated any questions about post op care like it was a personal offense or simply ignored. Felt like I was just another fast food restaurant customer they wanted out and out of their hair. Two days before my procedure I was told my procedure was supposed to be at a specific time and when I arrived they insisted the appointment was earlier, despite multiple checks. Overall, this office is unprofessional, rude, difficult to deal with, and I will not be recommending this office to anyone in the future. This used to be an office i trusted, now it simply feels like they only care about getting patients in and out as fast as they can and don’t care about you once you get out of the surgical room. Really gone downhill.
I highly recommend Dr.Vaughan for any extractions you might need. I had one done last week and I’m still on cloud 9 for his excellence. No discomfort, no pain I’m truly in awe. I work at a dental office and will tell everyone to call Dr.Vaughan for their extractions. Eva B
Had all four my wisdom teeth removed and tried calling the office multiple times a few days later for a follow-up appointment to see how I was healing and to pay my remaining balance; no response. My mother tried calling the office on a different day; no response. Automated texting service; no response. This was my first surgery ever, so of course I have questions, but I have heard nothing from them. I would not recommend this office if you have any sense of urgency because they won’t answer you. Getting in contact with them is almost impossible, they need a new receptionist or something.
