Absolutely the best dentist I’ve ever visited. I was terrified, due to past trauma. But everyone made me feel so comfortable. From the receptionist who was warm and welcoming, also, the women who took my X-rays with that weird head machine lol, the dentist's assistant ( who told me her name twice … but I forgot lol), she stood by my side and spoke to me through the whole thing. She went at my pace and was so encouraging and kind often saying how wonderful I was doing. I appreciate her genuine support and kindness. To the dentist, who before even touching me was so nice and wanted to know why I was scared. She was very sweet and explained how people often remember the pain of something bad. I had several bad experiences as I explained to her while crying. She comforted me while telling me the many things that could have been the reason to why my experience was bad. But ultimately, I needed to let go of the fear so that I can begin to understand going to the dentist can be enjoyable/rewarding. I was willing to have all my teeth removed just so I never had to visit the dentist again. But thanks to this outstanding team, I feel so grateful to reclaim this part of my life. I’m excited to share this with everyone because it’s an extraordinary moment when you get to thank not one person, but the entire team. 🥰🥰🥰🥰

Well, I am not one for usually writing a review. But I have to, for this practice. I am no stranger to a dentist chair. I have had dental problems my whole life and I have to say this has been the best experience I have ever had. From check-in to check out fantastic staff. Very comfortable atmosphere. Josephine, the hygienist is wonderful, it was the best cleaning I have ever gotten. They do not cut corners here. Everything is explained to you. The doctor is extremely gentle and very pleasant and professional. They even tell you how much you have to pay for what you have to pay for. You're not just sprung with this bill and you don't have to pay ahead of time. So your wallet is not held hostage for getting dental work done. Everything was wonderful. I highly recommend.

I would like to thank Ct family dental for their amazing staff and doctors for taking care of my family and I. My son had his first cleaning here and actually had fun while the doctor took care of him. I had a cleaning and my first cavity filling and the procedure was literally pain free. My husband still has a lot of work that needs to be done, but what work has been done in his mouth, he is overly pleased with the work and the pain free procedure and pain free healing. I highly recommend ct family dental to everyone for the great work and staff that my family receives every time we come. Thank you again to the staff and Dr.V my family and I cant say nothing but positive things!!! UPDATE: I posted this review 9 Years ago! And we still have been consistently coming to CT family dental ever since the first day. Josephine has been cleaning our teeth since the beginning and had seen my two children grow. The front desk staff are also incredibly attentive, Alisha is always on top of things and is great help! Nothing bad to say ever. Great atmosphere and staff as always!!
