I was greeted by EVERYONE with a smile!! Incredible!! So nice to have an Office that is upbeat and professional! Everyone was incredibly kind to my Daughter including Dr. Edmunds who is brilliant and skilled. I truly cannot say enough about the warm, caring vibe which is definitely a lost art in today's businesses. Thanks again!!!
Amazing from the first phone call to the escort to the door upon exit. I cannot say enough about the genuinely amazing care given. Gail got me in immediately and even called back to offer an earlier appt if I was suffering. Barb was so thorough thru the whole visit with her assistance expertise. And then there is Dr Edmunds. He is the best Doctor that I have ever had care for me. It is refreshing to get the feeling that they care about you and not your payment. That is rare nowadays. So thankful for them!!! ❤️
Dr Edmund is extraordinary, Especially if you are someone with dental anxiety. He was kind, gentle and explained everything thoroughly. He knew exactly what to do to make me feel comfortable. He even, Personally, called me a few hours later to see how I was. You rarely see this in the Medical world these days. I recommend this office, highly, but especially Dr. Edmund
I have gone to Connecticut Valley Oral Surgery twice in my receiving my dental implant so far. Each time the care and consideration has been top notch. They have not been rushed and taken the time to make sure I am comfortable, not in pain and have explained what they are doing. I am so grateful to have them in our community.
