Dr Edmonds and team were great! Very detail oriented, made me feel comfortable, and were explicit with warnings and process. The doctor even left a VM to check on me hours later. AWESOME!! Great place for care!
Wonderful reception and checking in! I barely waited for two minutes before I was ushered in for my dental procedure. The doctor and his attendants were very pleasant and friendly. Everything about pre - op and post - op instructions were explained. It only took minutes for the doctor to extract my tooth! Very comforting doctor, indeed! The ladies were extremely courteous and helpful. I will certainly recommend anyone who may need oral surgery to go to the Northampton clinic. I sincerely appreciate the tremendous support and treatment I received there. Thank you .
The surgery is run with high professionalism, but with a pleasant humanity and humor that are appreciated in stressful times like dentists' visits. Dr Spink was quick and effective and the surgery and recovery have gone well. The assistant Maria was a delight, and the receptionists and other staff were helpful as well. This is a top-notch practice.
Horrible experience with Dr. Michael Spink. I went in for a wisdom teeth extraction, and he pulled out a permanent tooth by “mistake.” Nothing has been done to address this serious medical error. The Board of Health has been notified. His explanation was that he, “thought I needed a root canal” and he “had a long night the night before.” Something needs to be done & I will not be silenced! I’ve been inquiring about this for a very long time. Moving office locations from Maxillofacial Surgery in East Longmeadow does not change what happened. I believe patients deserve to know about my experience. Dr Spink assured me and my family he would correct his mistake originally and now things have changed.. I’ve had to pay for braces & other dental services out-of-pocket to correct his mistake when prior to this, I had a perfect smile.. I trusted in him, and now I have to deal with his careless mistake of ruining my teeth for the rest of my life.
I found the entire staff at Connecticut Valley Oral Surgery to be excellent to deal with and their honest compassionate support of the patient was wonderful to see and experience at first hand. This surgery practice was highly reccomended to me and my actual experience with them has lived up to their reputation in the medical community. If you find yourself in need of oral dental surgery this is the only practice that I can honestly recommend without any reservation whatsoever based on my own actual experience with them. I consider them the GOLD standard in this field.
