As someone who hates getting any sort of dental l work done, I immediately was made to feel so welcome and safe here! The staff is fantastic and so nice. They treat you like a friend while also leaving space for you to advocate for your needs. Kathy at the front desk has been so helpful while I made a mess of all my insurance information, was patient and understanding, and helped me figure it all out. And Dr. Flores and Sara have done a fantastic job at bringing my teeth up to snuff over just a couple of wonderful appointments. And not to forget the wonderful helper Enzo, who loves to assist in all aspects of your care! Love this place and will never stop raving about it and its amazing staff!
Dr Shannard and her AWESOME team have literally changed my health and mindset. When I started with her I had a lot of anxiety about dental work. I had spent decades of dentists not believing me about the pain (red hair recessive gene) and therefore I’d been avoiding any dental visits beyond what was absolutely required. My teeth had really become problematic. But some colleagues convinced me to go meet with her. We sat and talked and she was empathetic and kind and we agreed to try some work and start a relationship. Over the years, she has built a solid trust with me. I do whatever she says is needed. She takes excellent care of my teeth and my fears. And I come to her now without hesitancy. It’s truly a total turnaround. I am so grateful for her and for all that she has helped me with. Now my mouth health is a source of real pride. I have become so dedicated to keeping her work going and doing everything she tells me to do for self care. Had a great experience having three fillings replaced by Dr Flores and her team. This was my first time having work done at this office and everything went smoothly. They are very welcoming and made everything easy and comfortable for me.

First time in, the facility was clean and very well kept. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I feel like I know more about my teeth and leaving with a plan. Fantastic experience :)
