I sent my mother-in-law to see Dr. Henderson since, as a pediatric dentist, I don’t see adults in my practice. I was really impressed with their office and the technology they use. They took detailed intraoral photos to clearly show and explain everything, which is fantastic for patient education. They also use a digital scanner for crowns—so no more goopy impression material. It’s great to see the technology they are using here to make dentistry more comfortable and transparent for patients. Highly recommend!
Friendly and efficient. Dr Henderson is the best dentist we have had when giving injections. Treatment is well explained and care is thoughtful and kind. I loved the new soft dam they used to prevent debris in my throat and mouth. Comfortable and does the job well. A positive experience and outcome.
Very impressed with this office! Dr. Henderson was extremely thorough and honest, and the hygienists did an excellent job with the cleaning. The whole team was professional and made it a great experience.
I love this office and crew; very professional and kind. Dr Jessica Henderson is a wonderful dentist, takes the time to listen and offer options (when applicable). Jessica is also a great human being!
This is straight up TEA so please read: I recently moved to Bend from NC where my last visit to the dentist was 6 months ago. I did NOT have insurance at the time of my last dental visit. (this is important context to the story trust me) During that exam they pointed out some imperfections with my teeth and said they could be filled BUT it would be strictly cosmetic. Fast forward to my appointment with Contemporary Family Dentistry (at this point I have dental insurance) the doctor was incredibly odd and pushy as can be - she tried to sell me everything in the book and then went on for 15 minutes about the fillings I needed. She told me I had to have these fillings done ASAP. What is interesting is that these fillings I “needed” where In the exact same spot that I was told was strictly cosmetic 6 months prior. This place is a scam. They only care about $$ from you and your insurance. Please don’t bother going to listen to Dr. Hendersons pitch. Go somewhere else. :) For what it’s worth the hygienist’s and staff where incredibly kind - I actually feel so bad that they have to work for such an obvious scam. :/
