Dr Cook in her staff are the nicest people to do business with. They truly care about their patients. Even to the extent of giving a personal cell number to their doctor in case you need them after hours. Their attention to detail is impeccable and they work hard to make you feel comfortable even though you really don’t want to be there! I however recommend them and have used them multiple times. They are the best!
My visit at Cook and Roger was a very pleasant experience. The attending dentist was gentle and very friendly. They also gave me a progress report from my last visit and educated me on how to stay on top of my dental hygiene. Also they scheduled my next appointment around or the best time for me. They are a well put together team. Keep up the good work. By the way it takes me two hours to drive to this dentist appointment and it is well worth it.
I am very satisfied with my visit to Dr. Cook’s office. Very professional. The relationship with office staff was friendly. The communication with patient and medical personnel was excellent caring and kind. Recommendations had been given in a mild tone. Upon leaving I felt as though my service had been complete.
From the moment you walk through the door, the customer service is outstanding. The staff is incredibly caring and works hard to make sure you feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout your dental procedure. Dr. Cook, Michael, and the entire team are truly amazing.
