My daughter’s recent visit was amazing! She said she was very comfortable and not nervous at all! “Beautiful 10/10 would come again!” to quote her. She was very impressed when the offered her Vaseline for her lips! ❤️
I had my first visit yesterday and I considered it the best dentist visit I have ever had. Dr. Boehm and her staff are outstanding and totally professional. I recommend Cook Crossing very highly. My only dental contact in the future
The dentist is great! The office staff is terrible, they are rude and can’t seem to give out accurate information. We will probably need to find a different dentist, I refuse to be given a treatment plan with an amount owed and then when the services are MORE than the estimate they refuse to let a 15 YEAR OLD CHILD make payments on the remaining balance.
*EMERGENCY* PSA* The dentist damaged my jaw joint 2 weeks ago. I was told to come in for a post op check after I called saying that is was very painful to open my mouth. During the check she checked everything but wasn't acknowledging where I said the pain was. She said it hurts from having your mouth open to long during the appointment two weeks ago. She was shrugging her shoulders and chuckling as she was telling me that there was nothing wrong with my jaw joint. When I said I didn't agree, she told me that I should go somewhere else for dental and not to come back.That I should also get a second opinion on my pain. When I was asking how long it takes to the heal. She walked out on me. They took more x-rays, in the new one there is a dark nodule , and when I asked about that , they asked acted oblivious and said they did not see anything on the x ray. I have never been gas lit so much in my life. The dental board is very interested in my complaint.
