Would not recommend if you are trying to come on as a new patient. I have never dealt with a dentistry that is so aggressive to get money out of your pocket. I came in and had a bunch of x-rays done. I've never had issues before with my teeth and then all of a sudden I have Gingivitis and 4 cavities. They tried to get me to come back in for 3 different visits all in a span of 1 month. Went to get a second opinion with another dentist and they didn't know what they were even looking at. They determined that they see nothing except a very small one. They even took another x-ray at my second opinion and found nothing along the lines of 4 cavities. This dentistry will find anything to get you to come back and spend money. DO NOT GO HERE!
Reception staff are awesome. Dentist has terrible bedside manner very condescending. Hygienist/cleaning are great. They took over from my previous dentist promising to take my discount card. Now they pull the rug out by cancelling discount card and installing their own “club” so it now costs over $720 a year for what used to cost me half that. Going to find one of the many in Carmel that accept my national discount card as all I ever need is clean/exam.
I love going to the dentist. It’s very relaxing to me. Andrea is very kind and informed about her patients. Dr Thomas is such a sweetheart as well. They both will explain everything to me where I totally understand. Lola Dawson 💗
I appreciate every single staff person at this practice! Dr. Thomas is exceptional— warm, compassionate, and very skilled—with a great sense of humor! Andrea is the BEST dental hygienist I’ve ever had! She is very thorough & offers excellent patient education. All staff are friendly & helpful. I am so happy I switched to this practice!
