In need of a new dentist I decided to give this place a call. From the first phone call- I could tell that I had found an Amazing Dental office! Deborah was the person I spoke to, I explained my current situation, shared my concerns, and she went above and beyond to help me- on the phone and at my first appointment. She was super understanding, kind and supportive. Exactly what I needed at the time. While I was waiting to be seen by Dr. Jackson, I had the pleasure of being taken care of (x-rays, cleaning, sharing dental history, current dental issues) by Morgan and Molly. They were very warm and gentle, listened to everything I had to say and didn’t miss anything. Dr. Jackson gave very thorough and clear explanations of the plans for my future dental work. He was also super kind. I left feeling understood and confident that everything will be taken care of. 10/10 Experience. (:
The establishment is very welcoming, the staff is kind, caring and very knowledgeable and informative. Definitely not the typical dentist office people dread going to. I would recommend this place and staff to anyone!! My experience with them was fantastic!
This is my first time back to a dentist since 2021. Had a subpar experience when I moved back to CA and just didn’t prioritize my cleanings. Fast forward to 2025, weeks moved to KCMO and found this office. Had the cleaning and X-rays and consult all in one day. GREAT experience with everyone at the office. The entire staff is very friendly and kind. I knew what to expect and what was going on at every moment. The cleaning went great without any pain or discomfort. This is coming from a guy who has had issues with previous cleanings due to having a few sensitive teeth. I will be planning to finally have my wisdom teeth removed after a lifetime of putting it off. I trust this staff and the doctors. Thank you for a wonderful peaceful service. I am very glad my partner recommended you all. 5 stars for all the reasons.
Dr. Jackson is very transparent with plan of care. At my consultation he was very straightforward. I had a situation after my surgery and his team and him were extremely attentive making sure I was okay. Dr. Jackson called me on a Saturday to make sure I was still okay. Where I lived at the time there was a small tornado that hit shortly after my implants were placed and his office called making sure I was okay. I definitely recommend Dr. Jackson and his team.
I’ve been coming to this spot for about a year now. When I first walked in, my teeth were... let’s just say, not winning any beauty contests. But thanks to Dr. Jackson and the awesome team here and me finally flossing like a responsible adult we’ve made some serious progress. I'm happy to say things have turned around! Now, let’s talk about Molly. I’ve had a couple of hygienists before her, but this is my second time with her and honestly? She’s a rockstar. Fast, gentle, and somehow manages to clean my teeth without turning my face into a splash zone. As someone who would usually rather do literally anything else than go to the dentist, I don’t mind coming here. Molly genuinely cares, does a great job, and makes the whole experience way less terrifying.
