I couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience at the clinic! From the moment I walked in, every member of the staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and communicative. It created such a warm and welcoming atmosphere, making me feel comfortable and at ease. Dr. Bingham has a special essence about him that truly makes you feel valued. His attention to detail and genuine care for his patients is evident. Plus, his great sense of humor made the whole process enjoyable! The procedure itself was smooth—actually flawless—and seemed to fly by. I was genuinely sad to leave at the end, as everyone was such pleasant people to be around. Dr.Bingham did a fantastic job getting me ready for a dental implant. When I was told I had to have my front tooth pulled, I was not happy. My smile is the one thing people notice on me most. Dr. Bingham made the whole process easy. Even my regular dentist said he did an amazing job. I highly recommend Council Oak Perio, Dr. Bingham and his staff!
My experience started with a consult at a reputable endodontist. They then sent me to Dr Bingham due to not being able to root canal treatment my tooth for a third time. Yes a complicated case. I feel I am in the best of care as I navigate this implant treatment. I’m well prepared for each next step thanks to him and his care team. It’s reassuring to know I’m in capable hands and my case is not so complicated for them. I feel good about the outcome thanks to their care.
Wow! I had my teeth cleaned at Council Oak Perio today and it was not your regular cleaning—it was like getting your teeth detailed! I’m a regular every-six-months cleaner, so my teeth are in good shape, and I still can’t believe how clean my teeth feel, nine hours later. Crazy clean! They’ve never been this clean before, ever. They use so many technologies I’ve never seen at a regular dentist office that are truly superior to give you that sparkly clean feel. I can confidently say this was the most thorough cleaning of my life, and their process is not even in the same category of a typical dental office. Like the difference between minor league and Major League Baseball. Their goal is to get you the best cleaning possible, not to drum up more business. Proof of this: my regular dentist has suggested I get a gum graft for a while and I keep procrastinating. Dr Bingham says I’m in good shape and it’s not necessary. Yay for ETHICAL DENTISTS who want to deliver the best of what you actually need, and none of what you don’t need.
I went to Dr. Bingham for an emergency tooth extraction and implant. The staff was excellent. All costs and treatment techniques were clearly explained to me. The process was minimally painful and everything I needed for after care was provided. I felt like the staff cared about my well being. I highly recommend Council Oak.
