Lisa is an amazing dental hygienist. Her customer service is top notch. She is always smiling and super friendly. She is very detailed and takes the apply amount of time to clean your teeth. She answers any questions I have. I enjoy going to Lisa and always look forward to my next cleaning. He crushing it Lisa! Dr. Brown is always available to ask questions to. He is caring and super knowledgeable. His customer stops awesome. All around the best place to go for any dental needs!!
This place is gorgeous and the people; from the front office staff to the nurses, Dentist's, etc everyone was just so darn welcoming and kind. Every single step they went out of their way to explain what they were doing, what was going to happen next, and then they took their time to sit me down and explain the whole process completely and made sure I understood exactly what I needed and what that entailed. You never hear of someone enjoying a trip to the dentists office but I actually did enjoy my appointment and I am truly excited to become a member and begin the process to get the amazingly beautiful smile I deserve. Definitely a great place and I would highly recommend you go here for all your dental needs!
I have had numerous consultations (at least 10) with Dentists about my teeth and what can be done. And not one of them took the time to go over all options with me. Then I came to CR Smiles and met Dr. Brown. It was a completely different experience from start to finish. Dr. Brown made me feel comfortable and thoroughly explained everything and had multiple options for me. Not to mention affordable options. I highly recommend them for all dental needs. Thank you Dr. Brown for turning my anxiety into excitement of what’s to come!!
I have made one if the best decisions of my life…..going to CR SMILES DENTAL CENTER - Glendale. From my very first visit, they answered all my questions, described several different options in detail, I never felt rushed or pressured. The doctors as well as the entire staff are beyond professional, welcoming and patient. I am so very happy I choose CR SMILES DENTAL CENTER for my implants. My procedure is Monday, and I can’t wait for the smile I always dreamed of. I will post another review after my procedure but I already know I am in VERY accomplished, proficient, skilled EXPERT hands! I am so grateful to the entire staff for being so welcoming and highly recommend them if you are considering implants! You won’t be sorry you did!😊
If you are looking for a dental office that does it all, CR Smiles is the place. My situation included a whole mouth restoration and was quite complex, I chose CR Smiles because I did not have to go to 2 or more places to get the work done. Dr. Chaffin was thorough and explained the procedures well. I have 5 dental implants with a hybrid bridge on top teeth, crowns on the lower teeth and he was able to correct a severe overbite I had most of my life. Dr. Chaffin did the utmost in trying to provide the right asthetics I was looking for. Angel the lab tech, was professional and a very caring person, he interfaced with the lab on the bridge and crowns. Along with each step in the process, I was provided with temporary bridges and crowns. Truly an amazing young man who cares about his work. This work was done over a year, but you would expect that would be due to implants healing and seeding properly with bone grafts. So far so good. I also saw Dr. Brown for an appointment and he was great also. The staff are all very friendly as well. I had a recent cleaning with Lisa and that went well also.
