I had such an awesome experience with Craft Dentistry. First with Leticia who was incredibly helpful scheduling my appointment. Not to mention one of the only dental practices that wasn’t booked out for 6 months! She got me in within a week which was amazing. Tamra was so lovely to chat with and so gentle with my teeth cleaning. Honestly can say it was my most pain free and comfortable experience at a dental cleaning. Dr. Craft is awesome with tons of knowledge. You can tell everyone at this practice cares about their job and their patients.
I went with Craft after a quick google search. I have a lot of dentist anxiety due to never really going as a kid but this was amazing! First day I went in for a cleaning I had Tasha who was INCREDIBLE. She was personable, honest, and made sure to explain everything in detail to ease my fears. The reception staff at the front were also very kind and all smiles which I loved! I did need some work done, but they fit me in the next morning for some fillings and light filing of my front teeth. Dr. Craft was incredibly kind and made me feel so comfortable and listened to. Him and his assistant (I feel so bad I didn’t catch her name) were great! They both worked quickly and listened to all of my needs. Not only do I no longer have pain when eating something, but my front teeth are now straight on the bottom and I feel amazing! I will never go anywhere else and I am so grateful that I can start feeling comfortable in my skin for once! Thank you all!
Often times, going to the dentist feels like going to judgement. I've had dentists that give off the vibe of: "You didn't take care of your teeth because you don't care. You're a failure" I'm happy to say Dr. Craft does NOT give off that vibe. I had some cavities, but Dr. Craft and his team didn't make me feel like I had failed myself somehow. He said "Well, it looks like you have some cavities. We'll get you taken care of, and then talk through some habits to focus on building so we can keep your teeth healthy for a long time." (paraphrasing, but you get the idea) The focus on longevity and building habits for keeping my teeth healthy in the future is so much more motivating than being criticized for not flossing enough! And when I did get those cavities filled, Dr. Craft was patient, thorough, and attentive to when I needed a break. I highly recommend going here if you are looking for a dentist!
Across the board the staff is awesome. Dr Craft is the best dentist i have been to beyond a doubt. Nobody likes going to the dentist but here has always been a positive experience.
I had my first appointment with Dr. Craft's office this week, and I have nothing but positive things to say about this team. The office staff is helpful, kind, and accessible. My dental hygienist, Kassie, was FANTASTIC. She was very thorough and explained everything in a compassionate and knowledgeable manner. Dr. Craft was excellent. He was very friendly, clear, and efficient. I am happy that I found this office in Manhattan and will certainly be recommending Dr. Craft to others!
