Great staff all around! As a person who hates to go to the dentist, I have to say it hasn’t been a stressor to go here at all. Every appointment is professional and pleasant. From the reception staff, techs and the Dr himself, everyone is great. Highly recommend it.
A $4 masterclass in customer retention. 🦷 I had a dentist appointment this morning, great way to start a Monday and the beginning of the month…. but as I was leaving and confirming my next 6 month cleaning, the lady behind the desk said, “let’s see you just owe $4 for today, don’t worry about it.” I was floored, "are you sure? I can pay," she insisted it no big deal. I walked out thinking about that. Truly, $4 over several people week over week would add up, and on the flip side, I’ve paid “bills” smaller than that as petty as they may be. As I got in my car I realized I was smiling, and not just because my teeth were sparkly clean, but because that was such a genuine little way my dentist office puts their patients first. I've been a patient for a couple years and every visit has been exceptional, but today put it over the top. Dr. Callen's office could have spent the time processing a tiny payment, sending a statement, and chasing a check. Instead, they gave me a reason to tell all of you why I’m never switching dentists. It’s a Monday morning, it’s the start of a new month, and I’m smiling.
I have been seen by many dentists in my 79 years of life, and I can say by reason of comparison that the entire staff at Craig C Cullen and associates are without any doubt, the most qualified and compassionate dental professionals I have ever met in my entire life. My visits are always a pleasure to attend., and I know that’s very difficult to believe, but that’s the unbiased truth. Every member of the staff are unbelievable in their positive attitude, they do everything in their power to make sure that you are comfortable with your procedure, and that’s a great help, especially if you’re a little bit nervous about going to a dentist. God bless all of the staff of highly qualified professionals that provide such quality dental care. You could never go wrong when you select Craig C Cullen and associates for all your dental care.
I was referred to Dr. Callens office by the VA. All of his staff are great. Super fast and efficient. They made a sleep appliance for sleep apnea. They are great. Would definitely go back. Thinking of transferring to the office for all my needs. Thank you all!!
Extremely caring and attentive staff! I was fitted with a Moses mouthpiece for my sleep apnea and it works wonderfully. I would recommend this device for those that suffer from sleep apnea. And I would whole heartedly recommend Dr. Callen and his staff to provide any and all of your dental care needs.
