⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Experience at Creative Dental I had an excellent experience at Creative Dental Solutions and cannot recommend them enough. Doctor Doan is truly exceptional—highly skilled, extremely patient, and very thorough. He took the time to carefully explain and complete my treatment plan, always prioritizing quality and comfort. Every procedure was done with great attention to detail, and I genuinely appreciated how painless and smooth the entire process was. The dental assistants also deserve special recognition. They were all very kind, professional, and attentive, making sure each procedure went smoothly and that I was comfortable at every step. Their teamwork and care really made a difference. If you’re looking for a dental clinic that combines expertise, compassion, and top-quality care, Creative Dental Solutions is the place to go.
If I could give a negative 5-star rating, I would. I’ve been a patient at this dental practice for many years, but my most recent experience made it clear that the quality of care has completely collapsed. I went in with a broken crown on a front tooth. The dentist barely glanced at it, didn’t take an X‑ray, didn’t assess the damage, and simply told me they couldn’t help. Instead, they referred me to a specialist two hours away and told me to “keep an eye on the referral” myself. Of course, they still billed me for an oral evaluation--that never happened. Three months went by with no contact from the specialist, and I spent that entire time gluing the crown back in almost every day just to function. When I finally called the specialist directly, I learned they had been sent a two‑year‑old X‑ray of a completely different crown. I did get on a cancelation list and got in within a month. The bill for that consultation (1.5 hours, thorough oral evaluation, with many x-rays) was not much more than the bill I received from the original office. Then, unbelievably, the original office called me wanting to schedule an appointment to “go over everything” from the specialist visit. When I called back to explain how unhappy I was, and that I would not be scheduling, the staff member talked over me and told me to “let the specialist know” so they’d stop sending them information. No curiosity about what went wrong, no apology, no accountability. This used to be a reliable, caring practice. Now it feels like they’ve stopped caring altogether. I’m deeply disappointed and will be finding a new dentist.
Creative Dental was amazing! They were the only ones with availability and booked me for an appointment the very next day due to the pain my tooth was causing me. Both Nurses and Doctors were very nice, caring and explanative about everything that was going on. Already going back in the future for a check up due to how amazing the experience was. Can’t recommend them enough and I can see why they have such a high rating, it is definitely earned and deserved!
I can’t say enough good things about this office! Dr. Marwah and Clara were absolutely amazing. Dani is extremely great as well!. They were not only professional but genuinely funny and great to work with, which made the whole appointment fly by. On top of the great atmosphere, the work is top-notch -the crown they made for me is fantastic. Highly recommend!
I was sooo nervous going into my first visit as I had lost a tooth. As soon as I walked in the door the ladies at the desk were so nice and comforting..the dental hygenist was also so kind encouraging me while trying to get thru the xrays! Then I met Dr. Doan..one of the kindest Drs i have ever met! They all worked right with me and my insurance to get everything I needed to fix my tooth. Dr. Doan also gave me several options and guided me to get the best bang for my $$. Hands down THE BEST dental office around!!
