I am going to be bluntly honest here. The dental service was fine, however, we have had nothing but terrible luck with this group. My wife and I went in for appointments, what they failed to tell us was that the original dentist we were scheduled with, whom took our insurance, was no longer associated with this group. Only to find out 3 months later that they have billed us directly. After no luck getting them to answer the phones, I had to physically visit the location and talk with the office manager Erin. I was under the impression that this was all squared away. I got a somewhat BS excuse that the new dentist was just not set up in the system yet but they would write the appointments off as we were not informed. We recieved another bill from them for the same amount recently. I have left voicemails and have tried to call another dozen or so times during normal working hours and their hours of operation. At this point, what kind of place is this? I have no desire to go back to this place as they cannot simply return a phone call. Absolutely disappointing.... UPDATE (2/12/26): Apparently the business now wants to talk with me. I have left a minimum of 3 messages and have called over a dozen times. This business is a HOT MESS. And their response is no where near acceptable. As a former patient, they have all my contact information to reach out to, but instead I get an automatically generated response. No Thank you.
Dr. Harris and his team were fabulous! Great customer service. They walked me each step of the procedures before they performed the work and reiterated during. It's been 24 hours and I don't feel like I need to go back to have the work adjusted. It was one of the best experiences I had going to the dentist. Thank you!
Dr. And assistant was very good. Dr. Harris took a lot of time with me and made sure I was comfortable. Id recommend him to friends. He tells you everything to expect and you can tell he truly cares.
This is my first time here and I got to tell you the staff was wonderful. My dentist and hygienist were so knowledgeable. They made me feel so comfortable. They also looked at every possible way to help me achieve a better smile. Thanks Creative Smiles for being so caring.
I have been going to Creative smiles for years. Ever since my favorite dentist left that place it’s been downhill ever since. I took many steps to get an implant and I finally got it in mid November and yesterday (my birthday) the tooth fell out still attached to the screw. How the hell does that even happen??? Disappointing doesn’t even cover it. $5000 worth of shotty work and now I have to go through it ALL again. I can’t recommend this place anymore, don’t do it.
