I truly had the best experience at Crescent Family & Cosmetic Dentistry. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff made me feel so welcome and were incredibly kind in answering all of my questions and easing my concerns. Ashley, the dental assistant, gently calmed my nerves and took the time to walk me through every step of the procedure so I felt informed and at ease. Dr. Goodson was just as wonderful, making sure I was comfortable the entire time and showing genuine care throughout my visit. I’m so grateful for such a compassionate and professional team. Would highly recommend.
Shannon at the front desk was attentive and caring. She helped me get a payment plan started easily. The hygienist Chandler was caring and gentle! I was pregnant at the time.. and very nervous! I had to get X-rays done and she made sure my baby was safe by using Extra aprons over my belly and Back!. She cleaned my teeth including my damaged ones with gentleness and care! Dr. Goodson explained my care plan clearly and efficiently!
Visiting the dentist has never been my favorite thing, but Dr. Goodson completely changed that for me. The entire staff is incredibly kind and compassionate, taking the time to ease my anxiety. The cleaning was thorough and painless, and Chandler went out of her way to make sure I was relaxed. I am so glad I found this practice!"
The girls at the front desk were so sweet and walked me through everything for check in and check out. Especially Mya, who helped me check out and explain a treatment plan. Chandler did my cleaning and she was amazing and not judgmental at all. Dr Goodson explained everything thoroughly and has done a filling for me before and was amazing!
At the Bultman site Dr Goodson and Staff members are very good at providing quality care. When I have an appointment I never have to wait a long time to be seen. They always checking to make sure you are comfortable when they are taking care of you.
