This is the 2nd time I needed a tooth pulled. Both my experiences at CRIOS of onalaska were outstanding. The staff was so nice. Dr. Polzin sure knows what he's doing and has great bed side manners. They 10000% made sure I was completely numb, not just by asking me, but giving an extra shot to be sure. I was worried about it all day, just to have the extraction done in 5 minutes. I recommend the Onalaska office to anyone that needs oral surgery.
Dr. Timm and his staff did a great job. Went in last week for the removal of all 4 of my wisdom teeth. Recovered in about a week. The team here does a nice job, would love to see the atmosphere liven up a bit. God Bless. Recovery Tips: -Use Heat Pads on face a couple times a day for 5-7 minutes after Day 3. -No seed oils (eat organic). -Use warm salt water rinse 4+ times a day. -Get your jaw moving. -Ice only works for the first 24 hours. -Stay hydrated (electrolytes)

Great experience as a patient from the management team to the nurse and doctor! Very positive vibe in this office. My procedure turned into an emergency and they got me in right away. Dr. Polzin was outstanding!
Dr. Polzin and his assistant Kimberly were wonderful when I got all 4 of my wisdom teeth out. They made sure I was comfortable the entire time and everything went very smoothly.
