My fiance went for a surgical procedure and he said it was the best dental experience he's ever had. Staff was great very professional and polite. Procedure was painless and very fast. I would highly recommend them to anyone with masshealth needing oral surgery to go there! The Dr's assistant was the one to do his procedure and he was amazing! The whole experience was finished before his scheduled appointment time because they took him in early! Thank you to all the staff at Crompton Park Oral Surgery you are all amazing and provide a very comfortable experience knowing patients anxiety is high! You are algorithmic great 👍!
Dr. Bui and his clinical manager were great with my daughter, who has a fear of needles. She went in totally thinking she couldn’t get her tooth extracted without being put to sleep. Dr. Bui was calm and patient with her and he was able to help get her tooth extracted without being put to sleep. Desk staff were friendly and professional. Would recommend 10 out of 10. I had such a great experience at this dentist office! The doctor did an amazing job removing my wisdom tooth it was gentle, quick, and done in less than 2 minutes. I was so nervous, but the dental assistant made me feel calm and comfortable the whole time. I also want to thank the entire team. From the front desk receptionist who greeted me so warmly to everyone I interacted with, the kindness and friendliness really stood out. Thank you to the doctor and the whole staff for making this such a positive experience. I truly appreciate you all!
Had a failed root canaled tooth #20. Stabbing jaw pain. Staff and surgeon were very nice, and thoroughly professional. Cost was $550 (no insurance), 10 minutes. Bankrupted me for 2 months budget, lots of soup in the pantry. My procedure was uncomplicated and feel bamboozled by the cost. Folks, shop around! I didn't, and paid the price.
Had my wisdom teeth removed all four yesterday and I was pretty nervous about the whole thing especially with the Sedation. As soon as I sat down I had a lovely conversation with Jocelyn , she explained everything well and then receptionist Diana came in who was very lovely!! Dr.Bui is such a nice person also has a great sense of humor. Once they injected the sedative they got me ready and I was out what felt like a minute was an hour and 30 minutes. Diana and Jocelyn then helped me to my mother explained everything. I honestly loved the team work and how they made me felt so comfortable. Thank you all !! Especially Dr.Bui who did a fantastic job.
