I've been going to Dr Bateman for about 40 years, I've always been happy to see him. Now his office has a new name and a new dentist. I met Dr Cody this last visit. I would recommend Crown Point to anyone looking for a dentist! I would give them 10 stars, but they only allow 5!
I am so glad I found Crown Point Dental! I had delayed getting in to see a new dentist and so I looked at my insurance and started calling covered offices however, I started calling from the bottom of the list! The second call I made (first one said they weren't covered any longer) was discovering Dr Bateman and Dr Jackson. I was scheduled for an exam only for Friday and they sent my new patient paperwork which was so convenient as it was all online. The next morning I received a call from Raymond from the office staff and they were able to get me in that morning and was able to have a cleaning and X-rays done as well! Holly, the hygienist, is an absolute amazing person who is so brilliant and personable! So within 3 days, I found my new dentist (Dr Bateman is so kind and instantly put me right at ease and I didn't experience any of my usual anxiety!) , and amazing Hygienist and walked out with a treatment plan that will take care of the couple of fillings that need repaired and the chance to round out meeting all of the staff there at Crown Point Demtal by having Dr Cody Jackson complete my fillings! Thank you to all of you for making this possible and so quick as well as completely affordable for my budget! I look forward to being able to see all of you every 6 months for all of my future cleanings and dental needs! Thank you!!!
My experiences at Crown Point Dental have ALWAYS been pleasant. The staff is great, Dr. B has a natural, relaxed demeanor that is reassuring and positive. And Holly...well, she's just the BEST!
Dr. Bateman is the very best. He has been my dentist for over 20 years. He has taken my broken crooked smile and made it more beautiful. Thank you Dr. Bateman! As well, Holly is the best hygienist! She is very sweet and does her very best with all my cleanings and suggestions for treatments. She’s very good with those that are anxious. Honestly, the entire team has been wonderful with all the dental things I’ve needed. I can’t give enough stars for this dental office.
My appointment with Dr Bateman was great. I called in needing an emergency appointment and they were able to work me in the same day. Got things under way with my treatment, and the staffing and Dr Bateman were very attentive and friendly. So glad I was able to re-establish my visits with their office again. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a Dentist.
