First time to this dentist office. The staff were amazing. Kate and Dr. Scott were so nice and explained things so well. They took their time to answer any questions I had and with my appointment. I didn’t feel like a number. The whole office personnel were nice and professional and I liked how they helped one another. The office is clean and had very modernized equipment. I wish I had gone sooner after my dentist retired. A one stop appointment for all my dentistry needs.
Dental techs are amazing at making you feel comfortable and addressing any questions/needs you have. They really show they care and enjoy their work. I’ve seen a couple of different providers here and never feel like they really care about the patient. Very generic, bland interactions. Almost like they’re bored. But overall, good care.
Both of my kids had the same hygienist. She had a great rapport with both. I appreciate her taking the time to talk about flossing(better than a wooden toothpick 😂). It was helpful that she used a mirror for my daughter to see her gums now when they are irritated versus what they should look like. She showed concern without lecturing them. Thank you so much
Christy does a great job. I always ask for her. The dentist is very caring. I had a tooth that was in question and he didn't delay in verifying with a specialist to make sure there is no problem.
I’ve needed significant dental work done over the past year. Dr. Scott has been amazing. When I had issues after surgery he called me back after hours. All the staff and dentists are great. Friendly, they deal with all the insurance stuff… highly recommend!
