Dr Osmond and his staff were absolutely amazing . Limited scheduling options with longer wait time for scheduling due to the doctor travelling into Minot from Bismarck; however, it was well worth the wait - the team is professional, positive , and compassionate. They are so skilled and did a truly amazing job - the root canal was easy breezy and we all sang along to the radio during the procedure too which really helped lighten the anxiety and create a comfortable environment . THANK YOU CUSTOM ENDO ! You saved my tooth and took away months of agony and aching. 10/10 would highly highly recommend

My experience was wonderful! Friendly and professional staff, comfortable atmosphere and the dental work was pretty painless and efficiently quick! Would highly recommend!
Walked in for my first root canal. Filled with anxiety. But, the whole staff was so friendly (special shout out to the dental assistant who held an entire conversation with me during the procedure lol) that I immediately felt at-ease. Dentist was very personable and answered any and all questions I had. Honestly wish this office did regular visits!
Good choice for music. New music stinks. Older music is head and shoulders above today's "music." Check in, prep, procedure and details about what a root canal does were all top notch. If I'm unfortunate to have to have another, Custom Endodontics will definitely be top of the list.
