I have a huge fear of dental procedures. Dr. Battel and her staff were amazing. They talked me through every step and made sure I felt as little anxiety as possible. Having had 4 teeth extracted, it was virtually painless and done quickly. I would definitely recommend Dr. Battel and her staff to anyone. Wow - best dental experience I've ever had - and it was for a tooth extraction! Dr Battell & staff are very compassionate and have so much empathy. I was very anxious and even afraid of passing out. They took care of me and she gently extracted my molar. No pain, no passing out. It was a great experience

My experience with Dr. Battel was amazing. Emily, the receptionist, was very kind and helpful about my first time filling out those kind of forms and figuring out insurance stuff. Katie and Amy, were so welcoming and really made me feel less nervous. Dr. Battel is so knowledgeable about what she does-- not only was she comforting me through the entire extraction she was also providing exact information every step. After my surgery, my stitches fell out really early- Dr. Battel gave me her personal phone number and when I called she again explained everything and made me feel more at ease. I made sure to compliment the entire staff before I left, one of the best dental visits ever. Thank you Dr. Battel!!!!!
My experience with Dr Battel was excellent! She and her staff were very caring and professional. I was their top concern in every way. I've had difficulties in the past with professionals not able to numb my teeth, but she had no problem at all. The procedure was quick and pain-free!
