Very kind people! Answered all my questions & concerns about Invisalign Aligner - how long, how it works, what to expect and everything in between. Clearly communicated pricing, financing, and out of pocket expenses. They laid out all the options for insurance and payment for me. Explained things in detail so I could understand. They were just genuinely such nice people! Even if I decide to not get Invisalign at this time, I will be staying with this team!
TLDR; Mrs. Denton and Dr. Flippo are the team you need, in my opinon. The team at Cypress Creek Dental provided a standard of care, compassion and professional knowledge that dwarfs it competition. I called them at home as new patient with pain levels at an 8/10. Without hesitation they told me to get down there and they would get me in ASAP.. Twenty minutes after hanging up the phone i was sitting in with Mrs. Denton getting evaluated. Ten minutes later Dr. Fippo gave me a treatment and pain relief plan. 30 minutes is all it took, from my living room, to "here is your pain relief plan"? Two weeks after the pain was managed, we moved forward with the treatment plan. I have Autism and moderate to extreme over stimulation with people near my face. Mrs. Denton and Dr. Flippo consulted together and went above and beyond, without any request from me, to make sure the experience was as manageable for me as possible. Thank Yall from the bottom of my heart.
