My son had his very first Dental visit at Cypress Creek Dental, and it was such a great experience. Haley was so kind, reassuring, and gentle. She explained everything to him beforehand so he felt at ease. Dr. Flippo came in to finish the exam and was cheerful, informative, and encouraging as well. The entire process…scheduling and checking in to his cleaning, exam, and scheduling his 6 month follow up was flawless and simple. I highly recommend Cypress Creek Dental to anyone, especially parents with young children!
Always amazing! Dr. Kennedy is so personable and so sweet. I always feel so comfortable here and I grew up having terrible anxiety surrounding the dentist! The hygienists get to know you and are nice everytime answering my questions. My hygienist Leah was amazing as well! I appreciate all the women at this practice ! HIGHLY RECOMMEND
Everyone at Cypress Creek Dental was absolutely amazing. As someone who has always struggled with dental anxiety, I can honestly say this experience completely changed how I feel about going to the dentist. My hygienist, Kess, was especially wonderful—she took the time to walk me through every step of the process, constantly checking in and making sure I was comfortable. Her patience and reassuring demeanor made such a difference and helped put me completely at ease. Thanks to the incredible care from the entire team, I no longer dread going to the dentist. Highly recommend!
So happy to have found this dentist!! Lots of dental practices in this area have positive ratings, so I ended up choosing Cypress Creek Dental purely out of convenience since it is near my home. I arrived to see that the office is beautifully styled and clean. The front desk staff is helpful in setting things up with seamless booking and text reminders for each appointment. My hygienist Kess is so sweet and personable!! Dr. Flippo was very kind and thorough. I mentioned some teeth a previous dentist had suggested I have work done to, and she assured me that would be unnecessary work and costs. You can trust this practice to be honest about what you actually need. After cleaning we discussed the possibility of a mild revision using Invisalign, and they were even able to create a rendering of what I could expect my after to look like. Such a nice office with great staff and state of the art technology. Highly recommend Cypress Creek Dental!
I have used Cypress Creek Dental since Dr. Kennedy opened her practice. She has always provided me with the very best care and her assistant/office staff is top notch! I am always welcomed and treated with kindness and efficiency. I have recommended many coworkers, friends, and family and they too have never been disappointed!
