This might be the worst dentist ive ever had in my life. Ive had a LOT of cavities filled, but never have they been filled and ruined my teeth for over 2 years. Ive been in and our of multiple dentists throughout the years trying to fix whatever this dentist ruined. Im on my second root canal now. The pain has been unbearable. NEVER. EVER. GO HERE.
I initially went to Dr. Tran to have a cavity filled, but it escalated into a $1,700 root canal due to a severe mistake. During the procedure, Dr. Tran drilled too far, damaging the nerve in my molar. Unbeknownst to me, this caused the tooth to begin decaying from the root. Two weeks later, I was in excruciating pain. When I returned to his office, he was unable to identify the issue and referred me to another dentist. By the time I was seen, my condition had deteriorated significantly. The side of my face was swollen, I couldn’t eat, speak, or move my tongue properly, and I had to miss multiple days of work. During the root canal procedure, the new dentist uncovered the full extent of the damage. She drained an alarming amount of pus from beneath the tooth and was shocked that I had managed for so long with only basic ibuprofen. What should have been a routine cavity fill turned into weeks of unbearable pain, significant medical complications, and an expensive $1,700 root canal. I will never return to this dentist nor will I be recommending them.
Dr. Tran is the worst dentist I’ve ever seen. He severely over-drilled my tooth, exposing the pulp. Initially, he claimed I had about seven cavities, but I was skeptical. Later, I sought a second opinion from another dentist, who turned out to be much more honest and not as money-driven as Dr. Tran. (It turns out I only had one cavity.) Before I got the second opinion, Dr. Tran filled two of my teeth. Afterward, I had problems with flossing — food gets easily stuck between the teeth, and I can feel high spots on one of the restorations. One of my teeth even has a large dent because he excessively ground it down. I am extremely disappointed with this dentist and would never recommend anyone to visit this clinic.
I've known Dr Tran now for about 10 years. He's a good dentist. My family and I all go there. The staff makes you feel like family. Dr Tran has an incredible memory, he can really make you feel comfortable. He even sings when he's working, which relaxes me. His prices have always been fair and reasonable. I can't ask for more.
I cannot believe Dr. Tran doesn’t have 5 stars on Google. I’ve seen Dr. Tran for about 20 years - he, Cindy, and his team are so personable! I have since moved to two states but refuse to see anyone else for dental work so I always make sure to schedule when I am back in town. I have overall good, healthy teeth and oral hygiene, but I’ve known people to see Dr. Tran and his team who have less than optimal oral health and they are very kind and don’t put pressure on the patient to undergo unnecessary procedures. I highly recommend Dr. Tran!
