My son, who has Autism, recently had oral surgery with Dr. Brown, and I couldn't be more grateful for the level of care he received. From the very first consultation, Dr. Brown was incredibly thorough. He took the time to explain the entire procedure in a way that was clear, patient, and reassuring. Communication from the whole team was excellent. On the day of surgery, Dr. Brown went above and beyond by reviewing the procedure again with my wife, even showing her detailed images from the CT scan since she wasn't able to attend the initial consult. That level of consideration meant a lot. After the surgery, he explained the follow-up care along with his team with great detail and made sure we understood every step. What stood out most was how available the team made themselves for any questions or concerns. For any family, especially those with children who have disabilities. I highly recommend Dr. Brown and his team. Their professionalism, compassion, and communication are truly exceptional.

His professionalism and kindness put us at ease from the start. After the surgery, we had to call the clinic on a Saturday because my son was experiencing some bleeding, which was normal, but Dr. Brown immediately called us back and closely monitored his condition throughout the day, following up on his instructions and ensuring everything was okay. It was incredibly reassuring to be able to speak directly with him and have his personal attention. The entire team was friendly, efficient, and made us feel like part of the family. I appreciate the high level of care and dedication they provided. I had all four of my wisdom teeth removed, two of them impacted, and I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the very beginning, every single staff member was kind, professional, and reassuring. Everything was explained clearly, which helped ease my nerves. On the day of the surgery I was a little anxious, and I really appreciated that they even asked what music I wanted to listen to before starting the IV sedation such a thoughtful touch that made me feel comfortable and cared for. Dr Lawrence Brown is absolutely amazing. The procedure itself was very quick, and I had no swelling at all, which honestly surprised me. The first few days I had no pain, and my recovery started off extremely smooth. Toward the end of the first week, I did experience a lot of pain, but that was simply how my body responded and I am incredibly thankful for Dr. Brown. Even though it was the day before Thanksgiving, he made himself available to help me, which truly meant so much and showed how much he cares about his patients. By my third week, I felt completely back to normal no pain at all. The post-op instructions were very clear, and the entire process from start to finish was smooth and well managed. Despite the pain I had during the second week, I can confidently say the doctor has amazing hands. No swelling, no complications, and excellent care throughout. I am so happy I chose this office and Dr Lawrence Brown. I would 100% recommend them to anyone needing wisdom teeth removal or oral surgery. You’ll be in great hands.
