Overall, my dental visit here went well. Dr Nelson has the skill; her fine motor control was impressive. She's optimistic and her patience was noticeably amazing. Kaitlyn and another dental hygienist were detail oriented with fixing and polishing an underbite impression proposed by the computer; their significance in this field is so important. Great teamwork!
Always very professional….. I don’t like them scraping my teeth…… but I know it’s necessary to avoid future issues!! I wish I could get an appointment more frequently…. I’m happy that they are busy…… Dr. Paul and his crew are top notch….. awesome with “the needle” ….. I’ll repeat that… “AWESOME WITH THE NEEDLE”!!! Thank goodness for Dakota Dental!!! Happy customer for 40+ years…… Perhaps a “rebate program” for long term customers would be appropriate!!👍🏻👍🏻❤️❤️🙏🙏
Dr. Stephens is my dentist & by far the best one I've ever had, she does wonderful & extremely gentle work. All the receptionists & dental assistants do a beyond stellar job. I have been a patient now for a little over a year & I could honestly say I will never go anywhere but here again for ANY dental work. This dental office will always deserve 5 stars (I would give 10 stars if I could!), not to mention endless positive rave reviews. You will not be disappointed if you choose them. WELL DONE DDA! 🩷👏👏
With my last experience there, and in my own opinion, I’m not sure what happened to Paul Bothun’s empathy over the years, but I cannot in good conscience recommend him as a dentist. This is based solely on my own experience. Don’t dare question him or express valid concerns. Bothun seemed annoyed I was in pain. It was a very unfortunate and unnecessary situation I was left with that led to many complicated dental problems for me which I am still currently trying to fix. I was left confused and upset with how I was treated. High volume dental offices are definitely not for me. Even though I was a long time established patient there, I still felt like a set of teeth rather than a person that day. It’s a memory I will always be plagued by as the end result has changed my dental health and life forever.
New to the area and decided to give this place a try! nothing but good things to say. i have very bad dental anxiety and everyone here was very respectful and caring. my teeth feel and look so much better after my cleaning, had a lot of visible plaque and i left looking like i had new teeth. (to me)
