I’m from out of state and chipped a tooth on my denture. I was so upset and in tears when I called! Natalie is absolutely amazing and kind. She was sympathetic to my situation when I called. Got me in within a couple of hours after my call. Not sure which dentist came in but he was absolutely fabulous! They are sending my denture to the lab and will have a one day turn around! If I could give 10 stars I would. The dentist said he wants me to have a 10 star smile!😁. I recommend this place with 1000% confidence! Update!! I got my denture back at the end of the day!! The Minot Dental Lab did a great job! I’m completely satisfied and happy! The dentist is Matthew Bowen! Top notch dentist and a very kind and caring dentist!( the dental hygienist was fantastic as well!) So for ALL your dental needs call and schedule with Dr.Bowen. Thank you all so much for getting everything done and putting a smile back on my face!!
I was visiting from out of town for a family funeral & started having serious tooth pain -was referred by Emma to Dakota Dental so I stopped in for treatment. Saw Dr Matthew Bowen who was extremely knowledgeable, professional & gave me quick diagnosis & quick treatment!! Very impressed & highly recommended- if I lived in Minot -This is where id go !!! Thanks Emma & Dr Bowen for saving my trip from discomfort !!! AAAA++++!!!!!!
This is the best dentist’s office I have ever been to in my 63 years of life. Everyone is so welcome and happy to be there and they do an excellent job in making you feel comfortable. Thank you
Dr Shaw is very good with my son. He has gone there for many fillings and a couple of root canals and they have done excellent work. I would recommend this dentist to anyone that is looking for a place to go!
Always a pleasant experience! My 2 kids had checkups today too. The hygienist (Taylor) was so wonderful with them showing them the tools before cleaning their teeth. We all left happy with sparkling smiles!
