We had the BEST experience at Dakota Pediatric Dentistry today! Dr. Tyler and staff were amazing and so considerate with our 2 and 4 year old. Especially after a traumatic experience at a different dentist with our 4 year old who would not let anyone come near her mouth after. She was able to get a full cleaning today and was all smiles. We would highly recommend Dr. Tyler!
To sum it up- they’re out of network for my insurance, I live almost 3 hours away and I will continue to come here because every person I’ve encountered has been wonderful. Never have I had a medical professional have a 15minute conversation with me about all my options, the pros and cons of the options and then tell me that as the mom I’m the boss and he’ll do what I want. Tyler was my daughter’s dentist and my daughter is normally nervous of unknown men and she loved every interaction with him(and the hygienists). Highly recommend!! I think it’s also important to mention that everyone was smiling, working together and genuinely appeared to enjoy their job and the children.
I had my grandson in for an appointment and had such an amazing experience! From the front desk to the assistant and the dentist the customer service was exceptional! Friendly, kid focused and professional! This team is the best of the best! I am so impressed with all the lovely people who took care of my grandson today. Dakota Pediatric does it right. They are a class act! Thank you and GREAT job!
Initially, experience is ok. After dealing with them for a while, you notice lack of ethics and harming the kids. Procedures are not followed. The dentists are not communicating clearly. Overall do not recommend.
Always great when we get a referral to here!!! The staff are wonderful very friendly!! They actually made my daughter excited to get dental work done!!! They sure made it fun for her!
