I can be a bit nervous about visits to the dentist. I can easily say this was the best experience I have ever had. Everyone was very nice, understanding and made me feel comfortable. I had one tooth pulled. The procedure was painless, professionally done, giving me more confidence to maintain my regular check-ups. Highly recommend. Absolutely amazing. Thanks!
I recently had 8 upper teeth removed at Dakota Valley Oral and Maxillofacial surgery, and I cannot recommend Dr Jaberi and the entire team enough. I was naturally a bit nervous given the scale of the procedure, but everything went perfectly. The anesthesia was handled professionally, and I felt completely taken care of from start to finish. The staff is incredibly professional and kind. If you're looking for a dental team you can actually trust, this is the place.
While the physician (Joby Jaberi) and nursing staff assisting during the procedure were kind, professional, and compassionate toward our daughter, our overall experience was extremely disappointing. We were presented with inconsistent and significantly inflated copayment amounts at check-in that did not align with our Explanation of Benefits statement or prior estimate provided by them, and our questions were met with dismissive and condescending responses from front office staff. They also started rushing the check-in process when we started questioning the sudden inflated copayment changes being provided. Billing transparency and professionalism were seriously lacking. Furthermore we witnessed front staff speaking poorly about colleagues (nurses) making the waiting area very uncomfortable. I would personally never feel comfortable recommending this office.
I was referred to DVOMS by my dentist for a consultation. I was very nervous, but Dr. Stacy and her staff calmly presented me with the facts of my situation so I could make several informed decisions about my oral care. I returned for a biopsy 2 weeks later. It went very well, and the entire staff was very helpful. All my questions were answered to my satisfaction. Thanks.
The best dental experience I ever had! The receptionist was very welcoming and the oral surgeon was very knowledgeable and friendly. I am usually scared of teeth extractions but they made me feel safe and comfortable during my surgery. They also give a nice care package with a variety of ice cream flavors to choose from.
