Dalessandro Implants and Periodontics

Dr. Dalessandro’s work is excellent, and he has always been very professional. However, it seems there may have been some miscommunication or oversight on the part of his staff. Today, I came in for X-rays and a cleaning and confirmed that the charge would be $235. However, the hygienist told me I needed to pay before the Dr. came in, and charged my card $464 without confirming the price change beforehand. When I called back, I was told the increase was due to missed appointments and later that it was a double service charge. I had canceled both appointments with proper advance notice, so I’m still unsure why this charge was applied. I feel that this situation was not handled appropriately, and I’m being left without recourse.

He is absolutely the best at what he does. I literally couldn’t trust anyone else. So thankful to be a patient and having the comfort of his expertise.

Dr. Dalessandro is a kind, compassionate doctor who is exceptional at what he does. I’ve had a couple of sinus lifts, an abscess, two implants, etc. and never felt the least bit of pain or discomfort, neither during the procedures nor after. I would highly recommend Dr. Dalessandro to anyone needing a periodontist! You also can’t beat his staff! They are welcoming and friendly and put you at ease as soon as you walk in the door. Thanks to all of you for the great care!
