From the moment I walked in til I left, I felt well cared for. I showed up super early and the staff offered to call me when it was time so that I could leave and not sit in the waiting room. The procedure was fast, I was well informed, and I was comfortable the whole time while having teeth pulled. Dr. Cooke and everyone there was friendly and professional! 10/10
Dr Cooke is so patient, kind and empathetic. He takes the time to listen to my many concerns and honestly answered each concern. His staff is also professional and polite and compassionate.
Dr. Cooke and his staff are truly amazing. The service, the demonstrated care was top notch. I have had many dental procedures over the years, and several oral surgeries. I’m so thankful I came here for my teeth extractions! before I was dealing with so much pain! The Front-end clerk managed to get me an appointment the day after I called for a consultation. After Dr. Cooke seen me, he managed to schedule me for my teeth to be done the very next day! I’m grateful because the process was painless, quick & everyone was friendly! Dr Cooke! He’s very professional and caring! I had a lengthy referral approval process and he and his staff were patient and helpful. From consult to actual surgery was nearly a year and Dr Cooke STILL made sure things were tracking by doing a re-evaluation and explanation! That’s first rate! I knew what the problem was, what the fix would be and what to expect afterwards. Top tier care!!
