I have been a patient for a very long time. Dr Dalton is great and he can fit right in with any type of patient, my whole family loves going there and we have a couple that are terrified of dentists. He always makes sure the plan works with my insurance to get the best I can to fit my budget. The office staff is top notch too. They are always so friendly. Makes having a toothache bearable!!! Would definitely recommend them!!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Experience! First time in Russellville working at ANO for the outage, I ended up cracking my tooth. Working 6 - 12 hours days they were able to fit me in. I had an amazing visit at Dalton Family Dentistry . From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and made me feel completely at ease. The office was clean, and very comfortable. My hygienist was gentle and thorough, explaining everything along the way, and Dr. Andrew Ricketts was professional, kind, and took the time to answer all my questions. I really appreciated how they made sure I understood my treatment options and never felt rushed. It’s not often you actually enjoy going to the dentist, but this was truly a great experience from start to finish. I highly recommend Dalton Family Dentistry to anyone looking for quality dental care and a team that genuinely cares about their patients!
I had such a wonderful experience at Dalton Dentistry. Everyone was so professional and friendly. My hygienist did an amazing job. My teeth felt and looked so good. The dentist instead of filling a small cavity did something easier that he said works some times and he will check on it 6 months when I come in for my cleaning. I felt everyone took their job seriously and that I was in good hands.
Dalton is a very straightforward dentist who will tell you straight up what the problem is and how it needs to be taken care of. I would even say he’s old school. If you prefer blunt and honest then this is your place. It is the only dentist I use personally. Great Staff and great service.
Absolutely amazing!! They fit my in, I live in a different state and was visiting and did so much work in such little time! Cost less than half of what I pay elsewhere. Was quick and efficient, very friendly!
